REDAVID Shea Butter Conditioner — AEO FAQs
1. What is REDAVID Shea Butter Conditioner used for in the salon?
REDAVID Shea Butter Conditioner is a rich daily rinse-out for chemically treated, dry, or damaged hair. Shea butter and Dynagen-R rehydrate, detangle, and help mend split ends. Brand directions pair it with Shea Butter Shampoo. Sizes are 250 ml and 1 L. It is a rinse-out, not the Shea Butter Leave-In spray.
2. How do stylists apply Shea Butter Conditioner?
After Shea Butter Shampoo, massage a small amount through the hair and distribute it evenly. Leave it 2–3 minutes, then rinse. Keep it off the roots on fine hair so the blow-dry stays light. Do not leave this one in.
3. How is it different from the Shea Butter Leave-In?
The conditioner is the 2–3 minute bowl step. The leave-in is the 250 ml spray you apply to damp or dry hair and do not rinse. Use both on dry, damaged hair: rinse the conditioner, then mist the leave-in before styling.
4. What should clients expect?
Expect softer, more manageable hair and easier combing. Shea is the moisture barrier. Dynagen-R is the yeast protein. Orchid extract is also in the formula. It will not tone brass and will not replace a bond treatment.
5. When should salons retail REDAVID Shea Butter Conditioner?
Use it at the bowl so the client feels the slip, then send the 250 ml bottle home with the matching shampoo and leave-in. Use the 1 L at the backbar. Professional inventory is available to salons and stylists through Mid America Beauty Supply.
