2. How do stylists mix and process Blonde 0?

Mix with OYA Lotion 10, 20, 30, or 40 volume in a non-metallic bowl at 1:1.5 to 1:2 (powder to lotion). Apply to dry, unwashed hair. Do not use heat. Do not exceed 20 volume on the scalp. Check every 5–10 minutes and do not process longer than 50 minutes. Use the mix immediately and discard leftover. Rinse thoroughly and shampoo when the target lift is reached.
